**About Us**:
Electromech Industrial Ltd is a well-established company offering mechanical and electrical solutions across various sectors. We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive individual to join our team in Livingstone to provide essential administrative support to our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining office filing systems, and equipment.
- Support the management team with document preparation, data entry, and minute-taking.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of company documents and update databases as required.
- Assist with invoicing, expenses, and other financial administration tasks.
- Provide general support to office staff and operational teams as required.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is desirable but not essential.

**Salary**:
£12.75 per hour
