**Job summary**:
We’re looking for a Senior Content Producer to join the Digital Experience team at Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew (RBG Kew). The role will be responsible for planning and delivering high quality, engaging and user-focused content across a range of digital products and channels. They will work closely with internal stakeholders and the Digital Content Manager to develop briefs and plans, and prioritise our outputs (including text, image-led, audio and video content). They will line manage a content producer and provide expert advice, coaching and training to those producing content across RBG Kew.

This role will take the lead on content production for kew.org, managing a content calendar for read & watch blog content, as well as managing workflows to ensure content on kew.org is up to date and accurate, ensuring updates are made in a timely manner and meet content best practice. The role will also be responsible for regular insights and analytics reporting for content on kew.org.

They will also be the lead for producing accessible, engaging and public-friendly content about plants and fungi for a generalist audience, to support our mission to get more people interested in and excited about the amazing power of plants and fungi. The content you produce will raise the profile of our world-leading science and conservation work and help us to improve the wider public’s understanding of the work that we do at Kew.

- The Digital Experience team are responsible for improving the overall experience of RBG Kew by developing and managing a suite of user-focused digital products and channels. We want everyone to understand the power and beauty of plants, so we collaborate with expert scientists and horticulturalists to share compelling stories that inspire people to visit our gardens and learn more about our world-leading scientific work. We love to explore new ideas, technologies and approaches, always keeping the user front-of-mind.**Person specification**:
We sit within the Marketing and Commercial Enterprise Directorate, responsible for communicating and promoting our brand and message to the public, increasing visitor numbers, delivering a programme of events and bringing in additional revenue through commercial partnerships and licensing.

The Content and Engagement team is responsible for leading the production, scheduling and management of content across Kew’s digital channels and products, as well as providing expert advice, coaching and training to those producing content across RBG Kew, including developing and maintaining our style guides and standards.
