from street interviews and creator skits to UGC-style ads and social-first brand campaigns. Everything we do is built around creative psychology, storytelling and scroll-stopping hooks that feel native to the platform.

We're looking for a hands-on
Content Producer
to join the team and help bring campaigns to life, working closely with our internal team and a growing network of over
50 creators
.

The Role

  • You'll play a key role in turning creative ideas into real content, helping manage creators, shape briefs, and oversee shoot days.
  • This role would suit someone who lives and breathes TikTok, understands what makes content perform, and is always learning how to improve it, whether that's through stronger hooks, editing psychology or storytelling.
  • If you're creative, organised and love working on fast-paced campaigns, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

  • Liaise with our creator network of 50+ talent, from casting to content delivery.
  • Bring briefs to life and support creative development.
  • Oversee shoot days and make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Review and quality check edits before delivery.
  • Spot trends, test new ideas and help push creative boundaries.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years' experience in content, production or social media (agency, brand or creator side).
  • A solid understanding of TikTok, Reels and short-form content.
  • Great communicator who's confident managing creators and teams.
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
  • Curious and always learning from editing to content psychology.
  • (Bonus) If you have your own videography setup or equipment.
