We are currently recruiting for a Financial Services Administrator to join our small team of financial advisers.

Duties / Responsibilities:
*Providing general office administrative support.
*Telephone and reception duties.
*Respond to client inquiries over the telephone and/or by letter.
*Ensure all dealings with clients are carried out in a professional and courteous manner.
**Requirements**:
*The role requires a reliable individual who has the ability to manage and prioritise workloads.
*Outstanding communication skills at all levels.
*Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities are essential.
*Good team working and ability to provide support for other team members.
*Computer literate (Outlook, Word, Excel).
With this role there is the opportunity to progress to paraplanner, adviser and director for the right individual.
Starting salary circa £25k.
5 days a week, office based, 9am to 4.30pm with an hour for lunch.
