It means earning six-figures in year one.**With a planned succession like this you can get a breakdown of numbers, business mix and profiles. And with that you can draw up a plan for new business opportunities.
**You'll get a good basic salary befitting someone with your knowledge (c£60,000 - £75,000). Your target will include initial and ongoing and you'll get 30% bonus for initial, 15% for ongoing. Given the ongoing you'll inherit, that's a sizeable yearlyincome.**You'll have the support of administrators and paraplanners who not only carry out their traditional duties. They are front and centre when it comes to dealing with clients too, freeing up even more of your time.
**There's flexible working and an ethos of encouraging a healthy work/life balance.**You'll need to be a level 4 adviser (level 6 would be great) with a good track record. You'll have CAS and have the energy, determination and ability to manage a sizeable, HNW client portfolio.
