What will my role look like?
Our Buying Team is expanding and we have an opportunity available for a Back Office Administrator. In this role you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of all drystock articles within our retail database. Full training will be provided, It is the perfect career opportunity for an individual who is looking to excel their skillset and progress within a successful growing organization.
What would my main responsibilities be?
Master Data entry & maintenance of the database
inputting data into our systems
Controls data and ensures accuracy
Resolves End to End discrepancies as well as corrects data and process related issues
Assist the business with process and data analysis, as well as implementation of new projects like brand partnerships, new suppliers, new product ranges etc. ensuring the most efficient and controlled operational process and accurate data setup
Develop efficiencies in the Drystock processes ensuring agreed service level and data quality at all times
Punctuality

Planning and Organising
Competent in using Microsoft Excel
