Office Administrator

**Do you have experience in Office Administration? Are you looking for the next step in your career? I have the perfect job for you**
**Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm**
**£9-10.50 per hour depending on experience**
**Duties will include**:
- Being the first point of contact for all telephone calls received in to the main office
- Completing daily delivery notes and other documentation
- Raising daily job sheets and controlling the job book
- Other administration duties as may be necessary in a busy office
- Liaison with the shop floor team
- Cover for other members of staff during holidays periods
- Will have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly word and excel
- Will have a good, confident manner when speaking on the telephone and when communicating in person with others
- Will have good timekeeping skills
- Will be flexible in their approach to the varying work requirements of our busy office
