**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Provide support in bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
**Skills**
- Strong clerical skills with a focus on data entry accuracy.
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
