Day to day responsibilities include:

- Facilitate the smooth running of the Sales Office through the receiving of inbound calls and liaising with internal staff in order to meet the customers’ needs
- Deal with customer queries to result in a satisfactory outcome logging them on the CRM system.
- Maintain and strengthen the relationship between the company and its customers
- Retain and develop the company customer base in such a manner to increase turnover and profitability. Gaining the customers confidence through product knowledge
- Accurately log all customer orders, queries, requests etc. received by telephone, internet or mail
- Process customer orders through the use of Pegasus Opera
- Keep Senior management informed of performance through KPI’s
- Help out in other areas during busy times whilst managing own workload.
Key skills:

- Strong Customer Service experience
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Great communication skills (oral and written)
- Previous experience in a similar Administration based role is desirable
- Experience of using Excel
- Professional and flexible

- Manage multiple tasks
- Administration and organisation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
