**Introduction**:
As a Personal Assistant, you will be the Hospital Directors right hand person, assisting them to support the needs of Victoria Gardens in Huyton.

Supporting the Hospital Director, you will provide detailed and confidential administrative and secretarial support to ensure Victoria Gardens continues to run smoothly and those at the service receive great healthcare.

You'll be responsible for managing their dairy, organising meetings, visits and venues, and when present be able to promptly minute take.

You will be able to utilise your skill set within a healthcare environment as you create presentations for meetings, manage on-call rotas and liaise with external parties and agencies.

Your Responsibilities:

- To organise and maintain an accurate diary for the Hospital Director.
- Show initiative in the absence of the Hospital Director to ensure that urgent matters are addressed.
- Coordinate reports for submission to various external and internal bodies.
- Take and produce minutes as and when required.
- Control and reconciliation of the Hospital Credit Card.
- To organise events and gifts, ensuring all associated paperwork completed.

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Secretarial qualification / experience
- 4 GCSE at Grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent
- Word Processing skills 50 wpm
- Medical terminology
- Demonstrable experience of minute taking
