Job Specification -**Clinical Administrator**

The below is aimed at an individual with a strong background in delivering administrative support, ideally within a health and social care environment. Bleep 360 Care support children and adults with a range of learning difficulties, mental health conditions as well as emotional and behavioural difficulties.

You will be passionate about the delivery of first-class care to our service users and you will also be responsible for supporting the governance systems required to maintain the highest standard of care in accordance with quality, OFSTED & CQC standards and regulations

Social care require daily or weekly (depending upon the care package) updates and it would be your role to ensure that these are sent each day.

There may be additional tasks requested of you to meet the needs of the business, these may change as the business evolves, however they will be kept within your skill set and areas of competence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accepting Referrals for Bleep 360 Care and coordinating these
- Inputting Service User information in to Electronic Care Record System
- Daily and weekly collection of key documents from care packages
- Sending necessary information to Local Authorities and Integrated Care Boards Daily
- Organising the administration and set up of new care packages
- Organising initial assessments of new service users and liaising with the assessment team to book these
- Scheduling meetings with key stakeholders
- Updating and Management of electronic policy system
- Maintain and update the Shared drives
- Coordination of the Team One Note
- Schedule supervisions and staff meetings on behalf of the Clinical Team
- To act as the property co-ordinator for care packages - managing tenancies, liaising with landlords/rental agencies, coordinate property repairs, manage cleaning post move out.
- Office administration, such as ordering stationary, booking meeting rooms and meeting guests and guiding them to their appointments for that day
- Supporting purchases for care packages and ensuring receipts are collected and equals cards topped up after each purchase.

Required Key Attributes:

- Must be a skilled communicator
- Experienced in overseeing electronic systems and supporting administration function of a busy team
- Excellent time management
- Excellent ability to minute meetings and to distribute these in a timely manner.
- A forward, logical thinker. Can provide solutions to problems; able to identify inefficiencies with a system or function and can think of possible solutions to resolve
- Is able to liaise, work and communicate effectively with multiple parties in order to achieve a desired outcome
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others
- Respectful and understanding of keeping information confidential
- Adaptable to change; someone who is able to effectively respond to change. Confident in rolling out and enforcing/ supporting relevant changes to the team and company (if required)
- Enthusiastic and approachable personality
- An ability to support staff and to enable staff to manage any workplace stress

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
