**Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Assistant to support our team in providing exceptional skin care and Aesthetic treatments to our patients

The Clinical Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Clinic Director, Dr Pradnya Apte, in preparing treatment rooms, maintaining cleanliness, and helping patients with appointment scheduling and payments.

**Daily duties and responsibilities include**:

- Assist the Clinic Director with preparation for all clinic procedures whilst maintaining an organised environment, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and readily available.
- Provide excellent customer service and foster a comfortable and friendly environment
- Help with patient consultations by recording their medical history, skincare concerns and to assist with all treatment consent forms
- Provide clients with guidance on post-treatment care
- Assist with payments, booking appointments and managing Dr Apte appointment schedule
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, following proper sterilisation procedures for equipment and tools
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, treatments and products

**Skills**
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in clerical duties, including typing and data entry, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette, demonstrating professionalism in all communications.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a salon, spa, or related environment is beneficial
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality
- Basic knowledge of skincare products and treatments
- Due to the nature of treatments undertaken in clinic we are only able to offer the position to those aged 18 years and over.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 32 per week
