**The Project** We are looking for a Supervisor to manage support and motivate tradespeople to complete work, first time, on time, safely and effciently. You will need to work closely with various departments and the client at all levels toensure an excellent service in delivered. Key Responsibilities To motivate, coach and retain tradespeople to ensure tradespeople are competent in their work and renowned for their level of commitent, capability and workmanship Devise a method for accuratelyassessing and categorising the competency profile of all team members Health & Safety Planning and organising Delivering to KPIs Performance of contractors Selection and recriment of tradespeople Performance management of tradespeople This is a great opportunityto join a highly successful and expanding business.
