**The Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced & motivated Voids Supervisor to join our Fortem team, supporting our Birmingham contract This is a permanent position ideal for someone who is confident, driven and passionate to succeed. This role is instrumental to the smooth running of this high-profile contract. You will lead the team of trades people and sub-contractors in undertaking the required works to the highest possible standard, covering properties based in the Birmingham area. **The Project**
As a Supervisor you will motivate, coach and support to ensure tradespeople are competent in their work and renowned for their level of commitment, capability and workmanship. You will be responsible for planning and organising your team to deliver outstanding service and performance in line with KPI's.
