**The Role**
Here at Fortem Solutions we are currently recruiting for a Voids Cleaner to join our Fortem team at our Birmingham branch. **The Project**
Key Responsibilities include: - Ensure cleans are safely completed to the minimum void standard expected from the client - General cleaning work following property refurbishment ranging from dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, wiping down skirting, internal windows and hoovering all within empty properties - Monitor cleaning stock and order when required - Be responsible for cleaning equipment and maintain it where necessary - Take ownership of sparkle cleans and work within time parameters expected - Work safely and in compliance of Fortem health and safety requirements - Communicate effectively with voids team members on progress - Attention to detail to ensure cleans are passed first time - Ensure paperwork and permits are kept up to date.
