**Job Title: Customer Advisor/Case Handler**

**Pay Range/details: £9.87 per hour**

**Contract Type: Temporary**

**Key Responsibilities - Customer Advisor/Case Handler
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Working as part of a team
- Adapting to work in an ever-changing environment
- Meeting individual and department targets, ensuring customer receive products on time
- During non-peak times, assisting other departments
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required

**Qualifications & Requirements - Customer Advisor/Case Handler
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- GCSE or equivalent qualification in English and Maths
- Ability to work both using your own initiative and without supervision
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Experience of working within a busy customer service orientated environment
- Ability to commit and demonstrate the company values and behaviours in all aspects of work

- Full time hours (37.5 hours per week - Mon-Fri, office hours)
