**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide detailed information about performances, classes, and events.
- Handle ticket sales and process transactions accurately.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Maintain and update customer records in our database.
- Assist with promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
- Support the administrative team with various tasks as needed.
- Attend and assist at events, ensuring excellent customer experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the arts or entertainment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- A genuine passion for the performing arts.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
