Lease Finance Partner Operations Lead

You will take accountability for ensuring a positive sales and Finance Partner experience. You will support your fellow E2E Lease Enablement colleague teams with a proper alignment of each Financial Partners’ capabilities.
You will provide mentoring and guidance to your team members as the team grows. You will be routinely expected to exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities include coordinating and managing relationships with:
- The Leasing Process Owner team (responsible for Process Design)
- Regional Leasing Operations Manager
- Multiple cross functional stakeholders at a senior level to gain buy in and collaboration, managing communication effectively
You will:
- Ensure a smooth and compliant On-Boarding Process Set up with each Finance Partners
- Ensure adequate Purchase Orders (Pos) for every and each lease payments is available.
- Support the Financial Partners with in and out flow information.
- There is MPS and MDS contract alignment with the Financial Partners lease schedules.
- HP triggers end customer billing block release.
- HP always maintains FP and End User instalments/payments reconciled.
- Each Lease Origination Fees are billed accurately and collected in a timely manner.
- Every payment of asset sale inventory from FP is done on a timely basis.
- Be involved in building a Regional Leasing Operations team.
- Be involved in the implementation of an efficient and harmonized global lease processes & a lease management system.
**Experience Required**:
- 5+ years of experience in leasing operations, IT equipment leasing experience is a plus.
- Proficiency In handling lease documentation
- Proficiency in managing working relationships in a highly structured and complex organization.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and coordinate efforts across teams.
- Expertise in pre-booking operational procedures, financial analysis related to leasing agreements, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations is crucial.
- An analytical mindset to assess market trends and financial data are highly valued. This role demands a proactive, problem-solving attitude, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure the alignment of leasing operations with business objectives.
- Effective Management of Change to lead transition to a new business model requiring dramatic changes in organizational design, roles & responsibilities, and processes.
- ** Operational Excellence**:
- Test, execute & maintain the end-to-end regional leasing process in the areas assigned
- Regularly review relevant metrics and industry best practices to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of leasing operations within the region.
- ** Compliance and Regulations**:
- Guarantee adherence to regional leasing laws, regulations, and standards.
- ** Team Collaboration**:
- Positively collaborate with your team peers and Manager to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, continuous improvement, and outstanding customer service.
- ** Financial Management**:
- Cost Reduction: Implementing strategies to reduce operational costs, enhance profitability & drive a better Sales, Customer and Finance Partner experience.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (such as finance, legal, sales) to ensure leasing operations delivers against regional business objectives.
- Ensure process & tool related continuous feedback loops in place with the relevant leasing process design team
- ** Technology and Innovation**:
- Ensure the technological solutions in the Region are optimised to improve leasing processes and customer experiences within the region.
- Encourage innovative practices in leasing operations to maintain competitiveness in the regional market.
