**Salary**: Basic - £25k, OTE - £70k per annum

Main Purpose of Role

The Leasing Consultant is a Sales based role, the main purpose of the role is to manage incoming customer enquiries/leads. The Leasing Consultant is there to respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner, ensuring that customers receive excellent customer service and appropriate information regarding their enquiry. The role has a direct impact on Sales Team performance and therefore impacts the success of the business.

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Sales Enquiries/Leads

Customer Relationship Management - Being the face of the business this role is critical to building a positive first impression for customers. The Leasing consultant is responsible for managing customers through their leasing ‘journey’ and ensuring they are supported through the Sales process and treated fairly and in line with the Select ‘DRIVE’ values.

Day to day management of Sales lead/enquiries - Respond to new leads and managing existing customers by adhering to Sales process and best practice. Ensuring all systems are updated accordingly and customers are provided with clear information in relation to their enquiry.

Performance Measures - Ensuring on track and on top of daily tasks/activities.
Ensure right behaviours are adopted in order to achieve success.

Supporting Sales Manager and wider management

Supporting Senior Leasing Consultant and/or Sales Manager and wider management as required.
Regular feedback and communication with Sales Manager on own performance.
Assist with Complaints Resolution.

Communication

Ensure appropriate information is communicated clearly to customers.
Communicating regularly manager in terms of own performance.

Reporting

Able to provide clear reporting on own Sales performance - To Sales Manager in order to ensure Sales targets are being achieved.

Relationship Management

Where applicable supporting in the effective management of relationships with key suppliers and partners.
Internal relationship management between teams/departments.

Compliance

Ensure aware of and remain up to date in terms of Compliance - Completing all e-learning and/or any other applicable training as requested.
Have a clear understanding of FCA Guidelines - Takes accountability.
Complaints - Able to identify and raise/log complaints as required.

Risk Management

Identify potential business risks and be proactive in seeking a resolution.

Health & Safety

To support the Select Car Leasing Health & Safety Policy.
Where Health & Safety issues are identified to escalate to the H&S Manager and/or Directors.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge

Experience (technical, industry, managerial)

Experience working within the Vehicle Leasing Industry/
Motor industry (desirable)
Experience working within a busy Sales Team
Experience of Sales processes and systems
Experience of Compliance (desirable - specific to industry)

Education/Qualifications
