Lease Pre-booking Validation Lead

You will take accountability for ensuring a positive sales and Finance Partner experience. You will support your Lease Sales Enablement colleague team to with forecasting the Financial Partners funnel.

You will provide mentoring and guidance to your team members as the team grows. You will be routinely expected to exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities include coordinating and managing relationships with:

- The Leasing Process Owner team (responsible for Process Design)
- Regional Leasing Operations Manager
- Multiple cross functional stakeholders at a senior level to gain buy in and collaboration, managing communication effectively

You will:

- Review and verify the leasing documentation for Financial Partners and end customers, for accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure all Financial Partners and HP-required documents are complete and meet compliance requirements.
- Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in leasing documents and communicate effectively to resolve issues.
- Maintain organized records of leasing documents ensuring easy retrieval and reference.
- Stay updated on changes in leasing regulations and internal policies affecting documentation requirements.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline documentation checking procedures.
- Have a fully executed Global Statement of Work (GSOW) & draft Lease Annexure/Schedule which aligns with the Financial Partners’ (FP) Schedule and Vendor Authorization Letters (SAL/VAL)
- The Physical Devices and Contract Terms are correct and matched with the FP.
- The Customer & Product Data set up for the Integrated Leasing (IL) is correct prior to booking.

**Experience Required**:

- 5+ years of experience in leasing operations, IT equipment leasing experience is a plus.
- Proficiency In handling lease documentation
- Expertise in pre-booking operational procedures, financial analysis related to leasing agreements, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations is crucial.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Ability to lead and coordinate efforts across teams.
- An analytical mindset to assess market trends and financial data are highly valued. This role demands a proactive, problem-solving attitude, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure the alignment of leasing operations with business objectives.
- Effective Management of Change to lead transition to a new business model requiring dramatic changes in organizational design, roles & responsibilities, and processes.

Ensure process & tool related continuous feedback loops in place with the relevant leasing process design team

Ensure the technological solutions in the Region are optimised to improve leasing processes and customer experiences within the region.

Encourage innovative practices in leasing operations to maintain competitiveness in the regional market.
