A basic salary of £14,062 with £2400 bonus, pension, critical illness, life assurance, 31 days holiday (including bank holidays) pro rota, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales service.

At Stratstone, our Bookings Advisor’s are the first point of contact for our customers, attentively listening to their needs and recommending suitable products and services. You’ll conduct outbound calls for service, MOT, vehicle maintenance and other aftersales-related bookings whilst building strong relationships with our customers ensuring that their satisfaction is at the heart of everything you do.
- The role exists to maximise aftersales profitability by converting predicted service and routine maintenance event call leads into booked retail hours.
- You will operate as a key member of the service team working together to achieve department targets
- Additionally you will keep abreast of all Dealer and Brand offers to maximise customer retention and potential upsell opportunities
- Log all contact, bookings, and customer record amendments accurately on appropriate systems
- Use every calling opportunity to improve the customer database, establish and record customer contact preferences

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an Aftersales environment is preferable
- Have good mechanical awareness or understanding of cars and parts
- Have good attention to detail
- Be flexible and enjoy working in a team environment
- Committed to delivering an unparalleled level of customer service
- Excellent communicators, organised and have great inter-personal skills
