**Radio Design Authority**:
**Location**: Newbury (*Blended Home Working)

**Hours**:37.5This role will be responsible for executing multi-vendor RAN system feature trials, parameter design changes and Performance troubleshooting including collaboration on E2E topics with Core & TX colleagues.

**What will you be doing?**
- Accountable for contributing to & improving a multi-vendor, performance and optimisation System design. The focus is on the continuous improvement of the mobile customer experience in Network KPIs, Benchmarking & Crowdsource measures.
- Troubleshooting Performance changes in KPIs, benchmarking and device-specific scenarios; RCA and then accountable for driving solution to implementation.
- Driving operational readiness for new-services, technology evolution and associated large-scale RAN projects e.g. 5G SA, 3G Shutdown, Energy Saving features & CAT-M.
- Organises regular technical discussions to share the latest knowledge and strategy between internal technical teams.
- Contribute to Vodafone UK network optimisation guidelines and standards and ensure best practice is followed.

**Who are we looking for?**
- SME ideally with knowledge of at least 2 RAN vendors preferred combined with a working understanding of the different NW functions i.e. RAN + TX / CORE / Deployment / Operations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, internal and external (customer/supplier).
- Ability to adapt and prioritise workload is critical to success in this role.
- Highly analytical with excellent communication skills - able to communicate confidently and effectively to all levels of the business, adapting communication approach as needed.
- Able to explain complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand for different audiences.
