**Design Authority**:
**Location**: Newbury (*Blended Home Working)
**Salary**: Competitive
**Hours**: 37.5To govern and manage key stakeholders in the front-end deployment design process, enabling concise instructions of site build to Vodafone’s design suppliers.

**What will you be doing?**
- Manage the Remote MSV meeting to determine concise design instructions output.
- Determine site requirements to accommodate technology addition.
- Drive accuracy and simplification to designs ensuring cost benefit.
- Ensure programme level volumes and SLAs are met to deliver in forecasted timeframe.
- Problem solving & managing decision making effectively amongst key Stakeholders (Radio, TX, Acquisition, Vendors & Suppliers)
- Driving innovation using 3d modelling tools and feeding back improvement
- Forecasting and Reporting of front end delivery programme

**Who are we looking for?**
- Expert level knowledge of Site Design and build (passive and active elements)
- Proven people management, management and technical planning skills
- A great communicator, able to influence change and articulate technical direction to all Design Stakeholders
- Must show leadership quality to motivate a varied design forum
