They are a team of retail experts down to earth independent Agency and they specialise in brand design and packaging delivering commercial results through collaborative thinking and work with some of the most well-known retail/FMCG brands.
Due to ongoing success and growth, they are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join them.
This full-time role is based on-site in Leeds and offers a competitive salary along with benefits and the opportunity to be part of a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The team embrace working collaboratively in the office space, with the flexibilityto work from home on a Friday if required.
As a flexible Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact for key retail clients and will support the Account Director and Creative team in many different ways to keep up with deadlines and deliver projects on time, to brief and to budget.
You will need the following skills and expertise:

- A great people person with the emotional intelligence to read the room
- Experience working within a fast-paced agency
- Used to working with FMCG brands across brand design and packaging projects
- Enthusiasm and initiative, along with a rigorous eye for detail
- Some knowledge of business and marketing
- Super-organised, passionate and a tenacious self-starter
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has been a Senior Account Executive and is ready for the step up to Account Manager level and wants to get some exposure to what it’s like to work in a retail focussed agency.
