Our client is a family run business that specialising in the supply of refuse sacks and bin liners to local authorities, waste management companies and janitorial distributors.
This is an exciting opportunity for graduates as they are now searching for ambitious, results-driven Junior Account Managers to join their team

**Role**:

- Build and maintain a strong relationship with prospects and assist with customer service issues where appropriate
- Proactively generate sales by ‘mining’ existing prospects to build rapport and win new business with prospective customers
- Develop excellent knowledge of the company, their stock product and the markets within which they operate, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
- Schedule qualified calls and meetings with prospects, introducing these new leads to the senior sales team
- Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales related activity is input accurately and efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Educated to degree level
- Comfortable working in target-driven environments
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
