Over 12,000 businesses already use this platform and they've not even got going yet Some of the key benefits of the role: Huge Earning Potential - £30K-35K basic + 80K-100K OTE, you'll be selling into exisiting accounts so there is plenty of opportunities to bill Unbelievable Culture - monthly company socials with the most recent ones being go-karting and a trip to Fazenda Rapid Progression - the AM Team has grown to 10, and they're looking to hire 6 AMs given the success of the team - exciting times ahead Your day-to-day will include: To enforce a culture of Performance To achieve KPI’s agreed with the line manager and report progress on a weekly/monthly basis as required and agreed To plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims and update relevant information held in Salesforce To achieve or exceed expected targets securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors To achieve minimum daily call KPI targets To manage multiple aspects of the business, including dealing with customer problems To manage pipeline accurately ensuring the line manager has/you have accurate forecasting to report back to the Sales director To maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimise the quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction To maximise revenue generation of existing and new customers through upselling the company’s product catalogue and maximising contract length and value To respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships Requirements: 1-3 years worth of experience - working in an outbound or account management focused sales role Drive and determination - you'll be driven to build a successful career in tech sales Communication - you'll be natural at building relationships and rapport Work ethic - when we asked what traits their top performer possesses it very simply came down to work ethic - they're willing to do the things that others aren't.
