Your day-to-day will include:
- To enforce a culture of Performance
- To achieve KPI's agreed with the line manager and report progress on a weekly/monthly basis as required and agreed
- To plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims and update relevant information held in Salesforce
- To achieve or exceed expected targets securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors
- To achieve minimum daily call KPI targets
- To manage multiple aspects of the business, including dealing with customer problems
- To manage pipeline accurately ensuring the line manager has/you have accurate forecasting to report back to the Sales director
- To maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimise the quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
- To maximise revenue generation of existing and new customers through upselling the company's product catalogue and maximising contract length and value
- To respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
Requirements:
- 1-3 years worth of experience
- working in an outbound or account management focused sales role
- Drive and determination
- you'll be driven to build a successful career in tech sales
- Communication
- you'll be natural at building relationships and rapport
- Work ethic
