My client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join their team in medical world. Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients, acting as their primary point of contact
- Identify new sales opportunities through analysis of client needs and market trends
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
- Utilise Salesforce to track customer interactions, update account information, and generate reports
- Lead negotiations and present tailored solutions to clients to maximise revenue potential
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and support client requirements
- Analyse account performance data to inform strategic decisions and optimise sales strategies
- Provide leadership within the team by sharing best practices and mentoring junior staff where appropriate
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of achieving targets
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights effectively
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client information and reporting
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive approach to team collaboration and development
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team objectives
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in sales or business management are advantageous
