Planning Administrator

The client, a long established business are seeking a Planning Administrator to work from their busy office on the Wrexham Industrial Estate
The role will be undertaking fast paced administration of several areas of the group of businesses. It is an exciting role, working in a lovely team, where no two days are the same.
It would be useful if you had experience in logistics or haulage but really not essential, as the key skill is a strong organiser, somebody good at planning and organising schedules, diary management and a forward thinker.
Typical Day to Day duties as follows:
- Processing Orders
- Answering Telephone
- Planning Work Schedules
- Diary Organisation
- Updating Planning Spreadsheets
- Taking Payments
- General Ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Helping out colleagues of other departments with additional administrative needs
It is also expected you will have strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Someone who can input new systems and make process improvements.
Overall, they are seeking a good, strong, organised administrator who, and is eager to work in a rewarding environment where you will be made to feel welcome and have the opportunity to shine and develop.
You will receive full training, but once up and running will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on things and make process improvements and implement new processes, software improvement tools etc.
The salary is negotiable and competitive depending on experience.
