**A quick look at the role.**
The Containers Administrator is part of our containers team based in Nottingham and would manage the day-to-day activity of our 10 vehicles and 10 drivers.
The role will see you interact with all of our National Depots and arrange deliveries, collections, refurbishments and repairs on a wide variety of containers that circulate the organisation.
The role is Monday to Friday and will cover the hours of 8.30 - 5pm. It will also be a home based role however there will be a requirement to be at our Nottingham office on occasion.

- The Container Administrator will manage and co-ordinate all containers within the I&C Operations.
- The role will ensure the accurate maintenance of records and databases, with regards to containers that are in use and those that are being repaired.
- The Administrator will support and co-ordinate the delivery logistics or containers to customers or operational sites.
- Stock control will be maintained by the administrator and the stores of containers.
- The role is required to produced reports on a weekly and monthly basis, relating to container movements and repairs.
- The role will work closely with all operations and will support the Container Distribution Centre Managers.
- Innovation is key in this role and the administrator will have the opportunity to support the team in becoming more productive and efficient.
**Requirements**:
**Here's what we require**:
- Experience in an administrative environment is ideal.
- Knowledge and/or experience of resource management systems is advantageous.
- Geographical knowledge ideal.
- An understanding of the requirements of working within a time critical service would be a benefit.
- An understanding of reports and Microsoft Excel would be beneficial.
**The Operational Support Manager must be**:
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to manage their own workload effectively while keeping to strict deadlines.
- Robust and resilient while being able to absorb pressure and respond positively.
- Able to communicate with conviction, plan with precision and most importantly, play well with others.
- Confident and assertive.
