**An administrative role is available within a rehabilitation service based in Stockport. The Care & Quality Administrator role will be to support the maintenance and development of ISO Quality Standards for Medical Devices. The role will suit someoneself-driven and passionate to provide excellent customer service. You will need to have strong administrative and co-ordination skills for this role and be comfortable with Excel. The position will be office based and offers a salary of up to £22k.**
**What will you be doing as an Administrator?**:
- Administration and quarterly reporting on patient satisfaction questionnaires
- Compliance tracking
- Quality statistic reporting
- Daily diary management
- Building good relationships with patients
- Provide information / progress reports to referrers / funders as required
- Handling general enquiries
- Clinician admin support including mailbox management
- Manage clinical follow ups
- Gather clinical updates for feedback
- Weekly updates & reporting to General Manager
- Support Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC) with inducting patients
- Support CCC with planning and patient appointment management
- Lunch, Friday, and holiday cover for reception

- Good computer skills - Excel, diary management, PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently

- Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
