HR & People Development Administrator

**Quadris** is seeking an experienced **HR & People Development Administrator**to join our teambased in **Stockport**. You will join on a **full time, permanent** basis (37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday), and in return you will receive a **competitive salary ofcirca £25,000 per annum.**
**The role**:
Your role will be to administer the varied aspects of our business in the HR & People Development areas. This primarily, but not exclusively, involves administration in recruitment, onboarding, induction, employee records, including learning & developmentand performance development records, as well as maintaining employee Health & Safety compliance records. In addition to this, you will be willing to work collaboratively across all other business administration support tasks responsibilities where required.
**As our HR & People Development Administrator, your responsibilities will include**:
- Responsible for all administration relating to employee lifecycle
- Delivery against job specific Key Result Areas (KRA’s)
- Ensuring accurate employee data records
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to scheduling resources to interviews & assessments
- Producing interview packs & administer the appropriate a pre-interview & assessment processes
- Producing offer packs
- Administering appropriate level screening checks
- Managing the careers mailbox
- Administration and co-ordination other general business tasks
- Administering the purchase of products for internal use
- Booking and administering internal & external training and associated employee records
- Administering other business areas tasks when required
- Working flexibly in overall duties and responsibilities
**Skills and Qualifications you’ll need to become our HR & People Development Administrator**:
**Essential**
- Previous experience in HR/Recruitment with knowledge of Human Resources responsibilities
- Great people and interpersonal skills for relationship building
- Ability to plan and organise your time and tasks; practical and proactive
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional attitude
- Ability to work well in peak workflow periods
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English at Grade C or above, (Equivalent Grade 5-9)
- Good standard in written English
**Desirable**:
- Experience using HR IT software systems for Core HR, (ATS) Applicant Tracking Systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience updating HR policies and procedures
- Experience/certified using Microsoft Office 365 including SharePoint
- CIPD L3 Qualification or similar
- Familiar with ISO9001 standards
- Familiar with ISO27001 standards
**Information To Monitor and Influence**:
- Quality of records across HR, Recruitment & Development
- Recruitment KPI’s including average time to hire data & average cost to hire
- Collation of recruitment data reports
- Employee Lifecyle data reporting
