**Position Summary**

Our company is a dynamic and growing organisation. We are seeking a skilled Administrator with HR knowledge to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be the face of our company while providing administrative support and assisting with various HR tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, providing a warm and professional greeting.
- Manage the front desk area, including answering phone calls, screening, and forwarding calls, and taking messages, making tea / coffee etc.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages, ensuring they reach the appropriate recipients in a timely manner.
- Maintain a neat and organised area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for visitors within our conference rooms, setting up and clearing down again after use.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating conference room bookings, and arranging travel accommodations as needed.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Assist with HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and coordinating recruitment processes.
- Assist with employee onboarding, including preparing orientation materials and conducting new hire orientations.
- Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement activities and performance management processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of administrative tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, preferably with exposure to HR functions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
