**The Opportunity**

As the HR Administrator you will join our HR team providing a confidential & accurate administration service. You will be responsible for:

- Drafting of changes to terms and conditions of employment, employment offers, Supply of Services Agreements for review and issue
- Drafting employer references for current and former employees, using agreed templates & chase through return
- Management of probation administration, escalating as appropriate to HR Adviser
- Producing regular reports and data as per schedule, and conduct IT auditing for contractors
- Supporting maintenance of data within Workday HRIS system
- Being responsible for the management of the HR e-filing system - archiving, deletion and creation of new files
- Being responsible for management of aged records in offsite storage, including timely destruction in line with retention policy
- Supporting maintenance and reporting of Peakon employee engagement survey as required
- Providing back up support to process monthly payroll as and when required
- Supporting data submission work for salary benchmarking
- Supporting administration of learning and development activity as required, making bookings for events and update training records

**About You**

This role would suit someone confident, self-motivated with excellent organisation and communication skills and a high attention to detail looking for a role they can really own.
- Minimum 5 GCSE’s or equivalent, including English and Maths A*-C
- IT literate, Microsoft Office suite preferable - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams,
- Good numeracy skills
- Ability to use databases to retrieve and enter data
- Can maintain upmost confidentiality
- Ability to multi-task and deal with a dynamic fast changing work environment.
