**HR Assistant** **Location**:Normanton, WF6 1GX **Salary**:£25K - £27K per annum, DOE **Contract**:Full time, Permanent **We are Forza Foods; we are recruiting and we want you.** We slice and pack cooked meats for ASDA, having started in 2006 and since then our turnover has grown to circa £300m per annum and we now employ 1,200 colleagues at our state-of-the-art operation in Normanton. In January 2016, we became a wholly owned subsidiary of IPL Ltd, who in turn are a wholly owned subsidiary of ASDA. We are dynamic, driven and totally focussed on satisfying our customers from start to finish; from innovative product development right through to customer feedback and we are looking for like-minded individuals to join us. We have two fantastic opportunities for HR Assistants who will support the wider HR team on a full range of generalist HR duties. As an HR assistant, you need to be a strong character and not be afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in You will have the opportunity to be involved in a range of HR activities and to expand your experience and knowledge. We are a close-knit HR Team, who work extremely hard but have lots of fun and laughter along the way. **What our HR Assistants will be doing**: - New starter administration - Internal recruitment - HR Induction - Monthly reporting - Supporting with investigations meetings - Supporting with lower-level disciplinary meetings - Supporting with lower-level grievance meetings - Leaver administration including exit interviews - Internal recruitment - Conducting return to work interviews - Completion of References requests - Have excellent all round administrative and communicative skills and excellent accuracy and attention to detail - Have a positive approach; proactive and innovative; with a vision of continuously adding value - Have excellent planning and organisational skills - Are flexible around hours of work in order to meet the requirements of the business - Possess s "can do - will do" attitude - Are self-motivated, highly resilient and tenacious - Have a CIPD qualification or part qualification (preferred but not essential) **What our HR Assistants will get in return**: - Training and support from an experienced and high performing friendly team - Long term career opportunities with a clear progression pathway - Free onsite parking - 10% discount at ASDA stores - Attendance Bonus - Health Care Plan - 4% Pension - Life Assurance - Competitive salary ranging between £25k - £27k DOE - 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) - Referral scheme **No agencies please.
