Our client is a UK company committed to supplying the best video surveillance solutions available.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting all office based activities with a focus on sales related processes.

The role will involve using general PC based Microsoft Office suite and various websites plus the company’s production planning and control software SAP Business One. There is scope within this role to grow with the expansion of the company, increase hours,take on more responsibility and achieve promotion where appropriate.

- General computer and internet literacy
- Knowledge of MS Office software; Excel and Word
- Proven high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Self-motivated and ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Small company flexibility to help wherever there is an urgent need

**What will your role as an Assistant Administrator look like?**

Sales (60%)
- Raising quotes in support of sales team as required
- Establishing shipping costs for quotes
- Raising Non-Disclosure Agreements and related documents as required
- Processing sales orders onto SAP-B1
- Producing and sending invoices to customers
- Producing delivery notes and other shipping documentation, including commercial invoices and export paperwork if required
- Checking and packing customer deliveries ready for shipping
- Scheduling collection of goods with shipping companies
- Liaising with shipping companies to hand-over customer deliveries
- Producing marketing material and website updates as required
- General administration activities in support of the sales team

General Administration (20%)
- General office administration as required including tasks such as handling post, answering phone when sales not available, dealing with couriers.
- Fire Alarm and emergency lighting testing
- Booking subcontract trade persons when required
- Maintaining non-production stock such as stationery, tea/coffee, etc.

Production Administration as required to cover busy periods (20%)
- Generating pick-lists and picking items required for production orders and sales orders
- Processing material / stock movements on SAP-B1
- Producing reports from SAP-B1 as required
- Raising purchase orders in support of stock and production consumables
- Expediting deliveries from suppliers
- Unpacking, checking and booking received material into stock
- Processing returns of defective goods to suppliers

**What can you expect in return?**
- £11.00 per hour, negotiable depending on skills and experience
- 23 days paid holiday pa, increasing by one day for each year of employment up to 25 days, plus bank holidays, with 3 days to be taken at Christmas
