**Safeplay Advisor (Swedish speaking - 20 hours)**

**Home Based (must be within a commutable distance to our Sunderland HQ due to regular training and meetings)**

Using a risk-based approach, you will monitor player behaviour and determine the most appropriate level of action required to help that individual avoid harmful gambling. You'll also keep up to date with regulatory requirements and process changes to ensure the most appropriate actions are taken.

You'll be passionate about promoting and educating safer gambling practices across the business. You'll be a team player and an excellent communicator, with experience of working in an environment that requires the ability to multitask. You'll have confidence in making decisions based on the assessment of risk and have a high attention to detail, with the ability to understand and interpret a varied amount of information.

You'll take charge of your own development by encouraging feedback and further training where needed. You'll also have the ability to adapt to change and understand the need for continuous evaluation.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to be creative and contribute to the development of improving our approach to safer gambling. This is a unique opportunity to work for a company that values responsible gambling practices and is committed to promoting safer gambling across the industry.

**What we need from you**

First and foremost, Swedish language skills (both written and spoken) are essential for this role as you'll be working with players based in Sweden.

We aim for an awesome customer experience, and the foundations of this are a team with a positive attitude and eagerness to make a difference. You will be well organised and positive minded. Analytical and logical thinker with good listening skills. Structured problem solver and have excellent Customer Service skills.

You should be driven with great time management skills.
