**Home Based (must be within a commutable distance to our Sunderland HQ due to regular training and meetings)** **Part time position (32 Hour contracts available)** Looking for a role where you can really make a difference? That's why we're looking for a talented and enthusiastic customer service advisor to help us provide awesome experiences for our players. You'll be responsible for shaping and driving our player experience in Denmark. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to create great experiences for our Danish players that will help us stand out from our competitors. With our "Player First - Always" mentality, you'll be joining a team that is passionate about putting our players at the heart of everything we do. **How will you do it?** You'll develop an expert-level knowledge of the tombola websites and games to help our players get the most out of their experience, and you'll work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that any important or unresolved issues are addressed quickly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for managing multiple tasks at once while providing exceptional customer service to our players. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will come in handy as you utilize our CS dashboard and daily task rota to ensure that all player interactions are resolved quickly and efficiently. But that's not all You'll also have the chance to take charge of your own development by seeking out feedback and additional training opportunities. And if you're a whiz with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, then even better **What we need from you** As this role involves working with our players in Denmark, Danish language skills (both written and spoken) are essential for this role. Finally, to join our team, you'll need to have the right equipment and workspace to support your work. This includes a laptop with a minimum screen size of 15.6" or a desktop with a built-in camera or webcam. You'll also need a suitable home office area with a desk and adjustable chair to keep you comfortable during those working hours.
