We are looking for new talent to fill our customer service representative roles in permanent, full-time contracts in our call centre in Sunderland. We have all vacancies for customer service advisors, call centre agents, customer service representatives, or people who have worked in a client-facing role, such as banking. Some of our shifts feature answering live chats as well as taking inbound and outbound calls.

In this role you will handle customers within one of the following business streams:

- Energy
- Life Insurance
- Auto insurance
- Broadband/Mobile
- Financial Services
- Healthcare
- Charity

You will receive full paid training on our systems, products, and call handling.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally min of 12 months contact centre experience
- Willingness to work in an office-based environment
- Great people skills and team working ethic
- Computer literacy is a plus
- Must be able to pass credit check
