Looking after our Spanish territories, you will play a pivotal role in addressing players' queries and concerns, uphold our commitment to responsible gaming, and ensure players have a safe, enjoyable experience by putting the player first. **What will you do?**

This role demands a compassionate, quick-thinking individual who can accurately identify and manage potential risks. You will be responsible for promoting responsible gaming, monitoring player behaviour for signs of problematic gaming, and providing necessary support.

**Your responsibilities will be**:

- Recognise signs of increased risk or vulnerability.
- Collect detailed information & record this accurately.
- Stay ahead of the game by attending Bi-weekly meetings and share best practice.
- Collect individual performance information.
- Share information with frontline CS/Chat teams to encourage promotion of safer gambling in all interactions.
- Use player behaviour/activity to identify signs of problematic play.
- Complete risk assessments and act based on the level of risk identified.
- Keep up to date with any changes in regulation or important industry news.
- Attend ongoing training and development sessions.

**Skills** **we need you to bring**:

- Spanish language skills are essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of online gaming regulations and responsible gaming practices.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A compassionate approach and the ability to handle sensitive issues.
- Experience in a customer-facing role would be advantageous.
- Ability to work well within a team.
