We aim to expand our presence across the UK by opening 40 new salons within 2 years.

The Social Media Executive role will be responsible for the development, execution, and oversight of all social media work across 4 key areas:

- Brand Marketing
- Client Acquisition
- Staff Recruitment and Acquisition
- Community Engagement

This role is essential for driving growth, building brand awareness, and ensuring the successful recruitment of top talent.
- **Brand Marketing**:

- **Develop & Execute Social Media Marketing Plans**: Craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Halo’s services, build brand awareness, and engage the target audience.
- **Manage Creative Teams**: Oversee and coordinate with videographers, graphic designers, magazine designers, and external creatives to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content.
- **Brand Consistency**: Finalise brand colours, style guidelines, and messaging for consistency across all marketing materials, social media, and digital channels.
- **Client Research & Surveys**: Conduct regular client research and surveys to understand evolving preferences, and tailor services accordingly to increase client retention and loyalty.
- **Reputation Management**: Monitor online reviews and social media comments, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- **Client Acquisition**:

- **Multi-Channel Marketing**: Develop strategies to attract new clients via social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and execute paid ad campaigns that drive targeted traffic.
- **Targeted Ad Scheduling**: Leverage analytics to schedule and optimise ads for peak engagement, tailoring content based on demographics and user behaviour insights.
- **SEO & Content Strategy**: Work with the content team to ensure the website is SEO-optimised, and develop engaging blog posts and resources to establish Halo’s authority in the hair and beauty industry.
- **Analytics & Performance Tracking**: Implement and manage tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Compile monthly reports for the senior management team to inform strategy.
- **Staff Recruitment & Acquisition**:

- **Social Media Recruitment**: Run recruitment campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok that highlight team culture, career opportunities, and Halo’s benefits to attract top talent.
- **Employer Branding**: Develop a strong employer brand on social media that showcases Halo as a desirable workplace, using employee testimonials, day-in-the-life videos, and success stories.
- **Partnership with HR**: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure recruitment messaging aligns with the company’s values and talent needs.
- **Community Engagement & Event Promotion**:

- **Community Engagement**: Engage with local influencers and relevant online communities to promote salon services and events, strengthening Halo’s presence and reputation in key markets.
- **Event Promotion**: Coordinate social media promotion for Halo’s events (e.g., new salon openings, promotional campaigns, seasonal sales) and attend events where possible to capture live content.
- **Innovation & Industry Trend Monitoring**:

- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure Halo’s strategy remains fresh and competitive.
- **Content Innovation**: Experiment with emerging content formats, such as Reels, live streaming, and user-generated content, to boost engagement and reach.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
