**Role Purpose**

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Digital team on a full-time, permanent basis from our Burton on Trent office (50/50 hybrid working). This role will be responsible for the social media support for our Premium & Urban and Local Pubs divisionswhich account for around 900 of our managed pubs and includes some of our most historic and unique pubs, from the oldest LGBTQ+ pub in London, The City of Quebec, to the oldest pub in England, Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem in Nottingham. This role will work closelywith each of the divisional marketing teams to build and execute social media plans and strategies through our brand and pub social media channels, with the support of two social media executives.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Be accountable for the social media plans across two divisions (Premium & Urban and Local Pubs), working with the social media executives to ensure all marketing activations are appropriately supported, building the national and local content plans forpub teams to follow and providing a regular stream of quality content for pub teams to use
- Be accountable for the social media plans to support the Flaming Grill brand, leading the social media executive to create customer centric, social-first content that is brilliantly executed to drive customer engagement and grow reach
- Work closely with the Senior Social Media Manager to develop tailored social media strategies for each of the brands within each division, defining how each brand will win on social media through the right content and channel strategy
- Partner with the Senior Social Media Manager on pub social media which will include supporting the set-up and launch of a new strategy which will unlock the opportunity through a structured training programme, support framework and defined roles withinoperations
- Assess the pub social media outputs and performance across all divisions, identifying opportunities and risks and building appropriate recommendations to take to the business
- Take a leading role in managing key projects to support pub social media including working with our L&D team to develop an industry leading social media training academy
- Lead the development of social media campaigns with the support of the social media executives proving effective input and feedback at all stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation
