Social Media and Content Marketing Executive

This role is hybrid, meaning you can work from home and the office.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and organised Social Media and Content Marketing Executive to be part of our digital marketing team.

Specialising in creating scroll-stopping content across all social platforms, we are looking for an enthusiastic creative who lives and breathes the world of social media and creative content.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Writing short-form and long-form creative content pieces
- Support management of website platforms and take ownership of all social media channels
- Provide strategic guidance on organic social content and execution
- Execute paid media campaigns with support from the wider digital marketing team.
- Track and report digital marketing successes and failures.
- Work closely with our team to ensure that the copy fits well with the graphic design of campaigns
- Monitor conversations across social media, address important mentions and comments in real-time.
- Project manage day-to-day delivery of digital projects, executing the approved strategy
- Plan and create content that engages the target audience, using channel-appropriate tactics for a range of social and digital platforms.
- Craft copy that is tailored to the audience, in-line with the brand’s tone of voice ensuring it is well-written, grammatically correct and free of spelling mistakes.
- Utilise social listening tools to influence content strategies and reactive opportunities
- Collaborate with the design team to drive content
- Provide weekly campaign reports and compile monthly reports including insights and recommendations on how to optimise the campaigns.
- Maintain clients’ social channels, ensuring best practice at all times with some community management
- Keep on top of advances in digital techniques and technologies and share learnings with clients and the agency.

- A desire to shape how we are able to communicate with a certain vision and tone to create lasting impact
- Clear track record of turning creative briefs into concepts that ignore the ordinary and can be delivered across all forms of media
- Ability to execute brand voice guidelines in social content.
- Must be an excellent copywriter
- Proficient in the use of Mailchimp
- Proficient in social media platforms including scheduling platform
- Some knowledge in WordPress and website editing

**To be considered for this role you must have**
- Have proven experience of producing creatively written long format and short format content.
- Experience working on marketing campaigns
- Ability to upload content onto Social Media platforms
- Be experienced in scheduling organic social posts, managing social channels and executing paid social campaigns.
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to perform content research, identifying trends, topics to write about to drive the content calendar.
- We are ideally recruiting for a full-time position; however, we are willing to consider a part time contract.

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
