**The Role**

Join CB Heating's marketing team and contribute to our mission of helping UK homeowners achieve Net Zero. As a Social Media & Content Executive, you'll work closely with the Marketing Manager, engaging with audiences and crafting compelling content. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a leading player in the renewable energy sector.

**Responsibilities**

Content Creation:

- Develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, website content, case studies, and more.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create content that aligns with the brand voice and messaging strategy.

Social Media Management:

- Manage and oversee social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Create, schedule, and publish social media posts, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, and industry news to inform content strategy.

Audience Engagement:

- Foster and grow a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
- Implement strategies to increase audience engagement and interaction with social media content.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and customer operation teams, to align content and social media efforts with broader business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

Stay Informed:

- Stay current on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the effectiveness of content and social media strategies.

**Experience Required**

Proven Social Media Management:

- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and growing social media profiles across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Track record of developing and executing effective social media strategies that have resulted in increased engagement and audience growth.

Content Creation Expertise:

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content creation skills, including blog posts, website content, case studies, and social media posts.
- Ability to transform technical information into accessible and compelling content for diverse audiences.
