**Social Media Executive | Southend on Sea, Essex**

As one of the UK’s fastest-growing printers, Solopress is always looking for great people to join our very friendly and hardworking team in Southend on sea. Due to expansion, we are now looking for an experienced Social Media Executive to grow our social following.

Working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, this is a great opportunity for a creative and independent self-starter with previous experience working in a similar role.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Create and assist in the development of engaging and creative content for social media campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, success stories within the social media channel
- Monitor and analyse the performance of social media campaigns / activity.
- Monitoring and analysis of competitor activity on social channels.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers and measure performance.
- Liaising with our content team to produce additional campaign assets and to ensure assets are delivered in a timely manner.
- Manage customer comments in the open forum and when required pass queries to appropriate departments.

**Role Requirements**
- Knowledge of social media advertising, sponsorship, collaboration etc.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEO strategy, keyword research, SEMrush / AHrefs and experience using Canva (or equivalent) for content creation would be advantageous.
