**Social Media Executive**

**Role Purpose**

As Social Media Executive you will work closely with our Marketing teams to build, drive and execute the social media plans and strategy for Chef & Brewer and Wacky Warehouse. The role will be required to work closely with content and channel owners, especiallydigital teams and consumer PR, to ensure brand content is amplified across our channels. The role will also be required to support pub social media owners to ensure we manage our overall audiences effectively.
You will work 50% of the time from home and 50% of the time with your team, either based in our Burton on Trent office or in one of our pubs
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build strong relationships with the required marketing teams to understand their goals, objectives and marketing plan in order to develop engaging and high performing social media plans that deliver the required results
- Own the social media content plan for the Wacky Warehouse and Chef & Brewer brands ensuring content is planned in advance and pushes forward our strategy
- Create social media content that builds our brand, engages our fan base and is creative, engaging, entertaining and supports the brand proposition
- Work closely with agencies & stakeholders to develop new creative content ideas that will build our brand reach, engagement and drive traffic to our websites (and our pubs)
- Aware of the latest developments, news and trending topics to put forward reactive ideas, content or activities that can elevate our brand and earn additional exposure
- Work with the social media manager and retained agency to develop social media campaigns that align to the marketing plan, showcase brand identity and encourage engagement and interaction
- Create reports to demonstrate effectiveness of social content campaigns - attending relevant meetings to provide updates
- Support the pub teams with updated training programmes including presenting social media workshops, developing toolkits, providing on-going support and guidance to in-trade social champions
- Work closely with the paid media team and external agency to deliver paid social activations that deliver against brand objectives

**About You**
- Significant experience as a Social Media Executive/Assistant
- A genuine desire to work within the pub and restaurant sector
- An understanding of influencer marketing
- The ability to measure and review social media campaigns
- A strong communicator that can adapt for audiences of varying degrees of knowledge
- Proactive with strong planning, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Autonomous and confident making decisions and advising under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Personable and able to bring other people on the journey
