**H&E Smith is a leading specialist tile manufacturer and distributor based in Stoke on Trent.**

We have been producing bespoke tiles in Hanley since 1926. In recent years we have worked on a wide range of projects in the hospitality and retail space for clients such as Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Giraffe, Hawksmoor, Ted Baker and Ben Sherman, as well as manufacturing tiles for the London Underground. We also offer a range of wall and floor tiles from key European suppliers.

As part of the next stage in our development, we are looking to recruit a part-time Social Media Executive. Hours and times to be agreed with potential for the role to progress to full-time.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. A passion for social media is a must.

**Responsibilities**
- Create and publish engaging content on all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Tik Tok, to grow audiences, build awareness of H&E Smith and ultimately generate sales
- Write social copy, communicate with the public through comments/messages and always keep an eye on what’s trending
- Capture photography and video footage to share on social media
- Plan and schedule content for maximum engagement and best results
- Monitor, track and report on performance across all social media platforms
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing and social media trends to develop creative ideas and suggest new, innovative ways of delivering content
- Keep an eye on competitor performance and ensure that our brand remains relevant
- Assist with other miscellaneous and ad hoc duties where appropriate

**Requirements**:

- Excellent knowledge of all social media channels, including an awareness of current trends and new features
- An excellent command of the English language and strong proof-reading skills
- Great communication skills
- A keen eye for detail
- The ability to work on your own initiative and manage your own time

**Job Type**: Part-time
