Hours of work:
Work on a rota including evenings and weekend so must be flexible and able to work unsociable hours.

**Responsibilities**:
Inbound call handling; first point of contact for busy taxi company
Answer calls professionally, clearly and politely
Process taxi bookings
Rapport building and engagement with customers in a friendly positive manner
Other administrative tasks as directed
Undertake such other duties that may be reasonably expected
Key Competencies:
Excellent communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Computer literacy
Great attention to detail
Excellent phone manner and typing skills
