**Job Summary**

You’re an experienced receptionist/administrator who is used to dealing with people and resolving problems. Ideally, you’ll have worked in a care home setting. You are used to using finance or HR systems and are an experienced Microsoft Office user. You’ve got a good basic education with GCSEs (or the equivalent) including English and Maths. Your work experience will have included financial administration, you will enjoy being a multi-tasker who can work well under pressure and uses initiative. You like the idea of being part of a professional team, working together and contributing to the success of your care home.

**Your role**
- To deliver excellent customer service to both service users and visitors.
- Finance administration, including the resident admission / discharge processes.
- Marketing or handling public relations.
- Fulfilling a human resources role, including hiring staff.
- Ordering supplies.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience preferable.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Good with numbers
- Able to carry out instructions accurately.
- Flexible and reliable attitude to working arrangements
- Committed to customer care and first-class service provision
- Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
- Adaptable, friendly, polite, courteous and caring
- Creative and a good problem solver.
- Strong organisational skills.

**Qualifications**
- Basic education, including English and Maths
