Veterinary Receptionist

We are looking for a lovely Receptionist who will provide a friendly and exceptional service to our clients and their animals. We are located in a lovely old converted barn which used to be part of a large farm in Pinner. At a short stroll from us is the Metropolitan line in Northwood Hills, with easy access to central London.

This is a **part-time** (25-31 hours) role, with a rotating rota of 2 **in 4 Saturdays**. No **out of hours** shifts, and **no bank holidays**. You will need to be available to work until we close at 7:30pm in the evenings.

Applicants must be computer literate, have excellent customer service skills, a friendly manner and experience of dealing with the public both face to face and over the telephone. They will have the ability to work under pressure and use their own initiative whilst being guided by our team and practice protocols. A passion for animal welfare is a must
